Second Attempt

My first attempt failed due to a oversized unit, you should REALLY check it out if you havn't seen it yet at http://www.extremevelocity.net/littodevil/pantera/headlight/headlight.html it will show you what car it's for and for me to not have to repeat the whole intro.

My second attempt was to still use the low beam housing but hack it up so I can install high quality aftermarket high beam units from Hella. It uses a normal halogen bulb but this one is the newer H9 blub rated at 65 watts. More details to come, pics are here. That bright blue light you see on the pic down was the edge of the cut off beam from the S2K HID's.

Now after 6 months, one failed attempt, COUNTLESS hours, over 1000 dollars... here is what the final headlights has came out to be like:
